How Does the Technology Work?

The process takes place in several precisely controlled phases:

1. Oil formulation preparation – selected active ingredients (e.g. omega-3, vitamin E, Q10, black cumin, plant extracts) are dissolved or suspended in quality carrier oil.
2. Capsule filling – oil is filled into hard capsules size 0 or 00 using a high-precision dosing system, without heat application, which preserves sensitive active ingredients.
3. Capsule sealing – capsules are then mechanically and thermally sealed with a special micro-welding process that ensures complete impermeability and protection against oxidation.
4. Drying and quality control – each batch goes through a drying and testing process, where we check sealing, homogeneous filling and product stability.

The result is a hard capsule with oil filling that combines the appearance and stability of a classic hard capsule with the effectiveness of a soft gel capsule.
